STRATEGY
The Perfect Cyclone's 650 standing range and ceaseless Long Distance attacks down to 250 stop most units from ever reaching it — but its blindspot is large and its DPS is low for a Cyclone.
- The peons barely fight, so the stage plays itself once enough units slip inside the blindspot.
- Sadako / Octopus Cat is the wiki's top pick: a disposable anti-Floating tanker whose Weaken (30%, to 50%) on the Cyclone lets everything else creep inside; use Sadako without Talents for the faster attack rate.
- Mama Mummy Sumo targets Dark as well as Floating and is Knockback-Immune, so Trolly Bloggers cannot shove her out.
- Jamiera / Crazed Titan / Brainwashed Titan can walk into the blindspot with help; their single knockback is the point, their HP alone is not enough.
- Bulky melee Ubers (Divine Kai μ is the ideal, with Floating resistance and knockback immunity) crush it from inside; Cats in the Cradle adds guaranteed Level 3 Waves and a 30% Knockback.

The Perfect Cyclone BOSS
The Perfect Cyclone has an enormous standing range of 650 but a blind spot of 250 range. However, despite the very obvious weakness, it is almost impossible to get close enough because of its insanely fast attack rate compared to other Long Distance Enemies, greatly increasing its DPS even with low attack power for a Cyclone.

CATS IN THE CRADLE A Cats in the Cradle - An effective damage dealer and crowd-controller for the cyclone, as they wield a guaranteed Level 3 Wave Attack and a 30% chance to Knockback the Cyclone, but is vulnerable to Trolly Blogger, as a stack of these can prevent this unit from attacking at all. 
BALALAN PASALAN A Balalan Pasalan - Very effective on this stage, especially in True Form. It can freeze the boss, allowing more time for cats to get in its blind spot. Piccolan Pasalan's 6-second weaken makes it a lot easier for other cats to get there, to the point where even Crazed Tank can manage to squeeze its way in. 
LUFALAN PASALAN S Lufalan Pasalan - He is one of the few ubers that can deal huge damage to The Perfect Cyclone while remaining far enough to be safe from its strikes, without having to enter its blind spot. Beware of the peons especially when using him, as Lufalan Pasalan is a single-target attacker.
