The 7th Cyclone Stage, running every Tuesday. Oncoming Storm gives a 30% chance at Catornado; Red Sky at Night (Version 8.3) adds two stages — 1,000,000 XP, then Catornado's True Form, Catyphoon.
The Perfect Cyclone is a Floating Cyclone with 750,000 HP, 3,666 area damage every 6 frames, speed 4 and three knockbacks, but its Long Distance attack covers 250 to 650 — the longest range of any Cyclone. The wiki notes its description mentions knockback that it does not actually have; the real fight is getting units inside its blindspot.
