Tiny Fins is the 1st stage of Li'l Fish Awakens!.
STRATEGY
Ogre Island and Fish Hell rolled together — a stronger Super Metal Hippoe instead of Berserkory, and Li'l Islands tankier than Manic Islands — but with no Berserkory pressure it is arguably easier if the restriction allows your units.
- Cyborg Cat stacked shreds the Li'l Island Cats; Bahamut lands the occasional big hit.

CATS TO BRING 
CYBORG CAT S Cyborg Cat - Like in the other Fish variant stages, her spammability will allow her to rack up DPS over time. 
BAHAMUT CAT A Bahamut Cat - Similar to Ogre Island, Bahamut can be used to dish out an occasional high damage attack to cripple or outright kill the Li'l Islands. Don't use the True Form, as he'll simply rush in and die. 
HANIWA CAT B Haniwa Cat - With its spammability and resistance against Traitless enemies, it is absolutely powerful when it comes to stalling the Li'l Islands. 
SPACE MARINE CAT A Space Marine Cat - Just like in Fish Hell, it's a reliable critter for the Super Metal Hippoe, though at this point Catasaurus would be a more reliable pick thanks to its higher damage and Crit talents, though it has higher range to not be beaten by the Islands. 
CATASAURUS A Catasaurus - A reliable critter for the Super Metal Hippoe, with high damage, greater spammability compared to Space Marine, though the lower range leaves it more vulnerable to the Islands. It is highly recommended to get the Crit talent, as it increases its crit chance from 7% to 12%. 
CAMERAMAN CAT B Cameraman Cat - The Li'l Island Cats outrange her by 10. However, with her Critical Hit Talent, and some luck, she can defeat the Super Metal Hippoe in one to two Crits (depending on her level). She also serves as a pseudo-meatshield. 
JAGANDO JR. B Jagando Jr. - To put it in simple terms he does absolute wonders here, he can devastate the hordes of islands that come out with his surge. Keep in mind as long as you keep Super Metal Hippoe alive you can using him as a stepping stool for his surges. 
STONE CAT A Stone Cat - Their effectively limitless HP allows them to fill in the gaps when other meatshields die, and their Immunity to Knockback comes in handy against Super Metal Hippoe. However, they are not without their weaknesses: if spammed carelessly, they may drain your already strained wallet. 
CRAZED FISH CAT A This stage is similar to Ogre Island and Fish Hell, with a stronger Super Metal Hippoe rather than a Berserkory, and with Li'l Islands being even tankier than Manic Islands, albeit with only barely higher damage than Crazed Fish and with a longer attack cycle. 
HITMAN CAT A Hitman Cat: Deals massive damage to Traitless enemies 
LONE CAT AND KITTEN A 100% KB + Freeze + Resist vs Traitless. Also fits “Out-range Croco.” 
DRILLER CAT A 100% Weakens Traitless to 10% and (True) Strong vs Traitless. Also fits “Out-range Croco.” 
D'ARKTANYAN S Strong Against Traitless on a Long-Distance area attack — answers the many Traitless bosses. Also fits “Out-range Croco.” 
JAGANDO JR. A Lord of Ruin Jagando Jr.: Strong against Traitless enemies (Deals 1.5x damage, only takes 1/2 damage)
