23 — Dead End Night

A breather with teeth — easier than the stretch before it, but every stage is tricky in a different way. Beat the finale for a 30% shot at Li'l Nyandam.

Substantially easier than the preceding sub-chapters but never safe to autopilot; the six stages are varied enough that the wiki's only general advice is to expect frequent lineup changes. The map is Capone's Jail revisited — same complex, western wing.

Two debuts: Le'noir, a Dark Le'boin with far more health and damage and a touch more range, and Li'l Nyandam, a pint-size Red Dark Emperor Nyandam with exceptional range and attack power on a slow cycle. Like Ururun before him, the boss is the prize: clearing the final stage, Saint Red Fox, gives a 30% chance (100% with Treasure Radar) to recruit Li'l Nyandam as a unit.
