The 5th Cyclone Stage, added in Version 3.0 and running every Sunday. Attack on Titanium gives a 30% chance at Hoop Cat; Bitter Irony (Version 8.1) adds two stages — 1,000,000 XP, then Hoop Cat's True Form, Hoopmaster Cat.
Metal Cyclone is a Metal Cyclone with 77,777 HP, 77,000 area damage at 65 range every 5 frames, speed 2 and ten knockbacks. Like all Metal enemies it takes 1 damage from anything that is not a Critical Hit, and it has the highest health, shortest range and fastest attack rate of all Metal enemies — its high knockback count is the one mercy.
