Revenge of W-Cyclone is the 3rd stage of Peerless. Previous stage: Wrath of W-Cyclone.
Money is scarce — only the opening Owlbrows pay — and the Elizabeth the LVIths' Level 3 Waves snipe your stack, after which White Cyclone's million-plus DPS erases everything in a second.
- Rush the Owlbrows down with Fishman Cat early (chain the first few, time the last) to fund your crowd-control stack; if they live they become dangerous backliners.
- Octopus Cat blocks the Elizabeths' Waves and tanks leftover Owlbrows, but keep sending him — the Elizabeths kill him fast.
- A Sanzo stack perma-slows the Cyclone; protect it from the Waves, because there is no money or time for a second stack.
- Cameraman stacks provide the damage, whittling the Cyclone's 2,000,000 HP and keeping the Elizabeths in check; Fishman chips too, but sending too many drains the wallet.
Unlike the Red and Dark Cyclones, this enemy has only one trait: Floating, making it slightly more difficult to counter. It has all the trademarks of the Cyclones, with extremely high health and attack power, very low range with somewhat low movement speed, but a lightning fast attack rate and attack animation.
SANZO CAT A Sanzo Cat - A staple in most cyclone stages, a stack of them can perma-slow the White Cyclone and prevent it from pushing, though you have to protect them from the Wave Attacks or they won't live long, and given the nature of the stage you won't have the money or the time to build a second stack, so protect them as muc 
FISHMAN CAT A Fishman Cat - Can rush down the Owlbrows in the beginning and chip the cyclone. Just don't send them too often or they will drain your money. 
CAMERAMAN CAT B Cameraman Cat - The source of damage in most runs, deals heavy damage in stacks and can slowly whittle down the White Cyclone's 2 million HP and keeps the Elizabeths in check. 
OCTOPUS CAT A Octopus Cat - Prevents the Wave Attacks from destroying your stack, and can tank any remaining Owlbrows, though don't stop sending them out, as the Elizabeths will kill him quickly. ⚙ More counters worked out from the roster, lower confidence than the picks above; kept for reference
White Cyclone is Floating. Anti-Floating units take less damage and deal more.
SABER THE CAT C Saber Alter Cat: Strong against Floating enemies (Deals 1.5x damage, only takes 1/2 damage)

HIGH LORD BABEL S Equally tough against Floating enemies, with Colossus Slayer. White Cyclone reaches 70 range. Units that out-range it can chip safely without taking hits.
