28-2 Knights of the Round is the 2nd stage of 28 — Weak & Mildly Acidic. Previous stage: 28-1 At Least I'm a Cat. Next stage: 28-3 Cat Catharsis.
A Floating area attacker with long range (340) but a slow attack rate. Anti-Floating units and meatshields handle it — close the gap before it lands hits.
The Face's Alien/Floating variant — 44,444 HP, 1,333 AP area attack at 366 range with 100% Freeze. Boss of Sun across all 3 chapters plus Sirius/Skelling Ch.3. Freeze-Immune frontline (Li'l Eraser, Riceball with Talent) + Anti-Alien/Anti-Floating Ubers.
A Red/Floating area attacker with modest stats. He's often a trigger enemy — defeating him spawns the next wave — so watch the timing on stages that use him that way.
Metal CyberFace — only 1 damage per non-critical hit, but a colossal single hit with Wave Attack + Base Destroyer. Needs critical-hit cats.
CyberFace is Metal — normal hits do 1 damage; only Critical or Toxic damage gets through.
Critical is a chance, not a guarantee — lead with 100%-crit or Toxic units; low-crit ones are slow backups.
I.M. Phace is Alien. Anti-Alien units take less damage and deal more.
Shy Boy is Red. Anti-Red units take less damage and deal more.
The Face, I.M. Phace and Shy Boy are Floating. Anti-Floating units take less damage and deal more.
I.M. Phace reaches 366 range. Units that out-range it can chip safely without taking hits.
An escalating 'Face' boss rush — The Face → I.M. Phace → Shy Boy → CyberFace (Metal, debut). Crit cats for CyberFace.
