Into the Future Ch.1

Aliens debut carrying a saga-wide 700% base magnification that only the Crystal treasures can grind down. Until your Aqua and Plasma sets are Superior, every Alien hits far above its stat card.

Subtitled 'Time Enough for Cats'. The Cats time-travel into a future where Aliens have taken every country on Earth, and the saga's defining mechanic lands immediately: every Alien enemy has a default 700% strength magnification, and each Superior anti-Alien Crystal treasure subtracts 100% from it. The Aqua Crystal and Plasma Crystal sets are therefore the real boss of the chapter — farm them to Superior or fight quadruple-strength Aliens for three chapters. Deployment costs sit at 1.5x base (EoC Ch.2 rates) across the whole saga, and Timed Score Rewards debut here.

Twelve Aliens are introduced in Ch.1 alone — Shibalien, Hyppoh, Helmut Krabbe, Imperator Sael, Maawth, I.M. Phace, Ursamajor, Kroxo, LeMurr, Elizabeth the LVIth, Nimoy Bore, and Cli-One — while the non-Alien rosters run at buffs comparable to early Stories of Legend. The trait-fruit treasures (Void, Blood, Sky, Heaven's) also start here, strengthening your abilities against Dark, Red, Floating, and Angel enemies respectively.

The chapter ends with Cli-One on the Moon backed by Alien peons. Clearing it pays 50 Cat Food, unlocks Cats of the Cosmos, and opens Ashvini Desert; a full Superior sweep is worth a 1,500,000 XP mission.
